About Us

Amin and Mariam Rezek are Syrian refugees who came to Canada in February 2019 with their three children. A fourth child was born last year in Ottawa. Amin has extensive experience as a chef in Syria. At the time of his departure from Syria he owned and was the principal chef of a farm to table restaurant in Bloudan. Amin worked at the United Nations Hotel where he oversaw five different restaurants, each with a unique specialization.

 

Amin and Mariam are now bringing their culinary skills to Ottawa. Their menu consists of a range of Middle Eastern dishes prepared in a professional kitchen. They are delighted to have the opportunity to bring high quality food to Ottawa tables.
